What is the Work and Skills Immersion Programme (WSIP) about?
The Work and Skills Immersion Programme (WSIP) offers fresh graduates and mid-career professionals a variety of contract work-and-train opportunities in the public sector in key capability areas like information and communication technology, food science and technology, social services, healthcare and more.
What can I expect from the programme?
Successful applicants will be employed full time and receive structured and on-the-job training. By developing in-demand skills, they will be ready to pursue more job opportunities when the economy recovers after the Covid-19 crisis.
What is the duration of the WSIP positions?
Positions under WSIP are typically offered for a 2-year period, although some are offered for a shorter period.
